Time for reflection
The castle of Wartin was a great host for the Creative Summer School 2011 on the Art of Creative Leadership. We are reflecting the past happenings and working on material for publication.
The next Creative Summer School is being planned. We are open for inspiration on fostering partnerships worldwide.

The Art of Creative Leadership 
true words, some call it magic others are frightened by it, in any case we use different words for the same thing. Realizing the thoughts you have in mind and building great products from them truly is some kind of magic, in more economic terms we call that innovation.
Of course it is. Magic is just dealing with the power we have in a special and concious way. Such as creation. Magic for me lies in everything we do and every thought we have is a wish we give to the universe.
